Need to Return Something?
We really hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if you’ve changed your mind or are not completely satisfied, don’t worry. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel your order. You then have another 14 days to return the goods for a refund or exchange. For schoolwear items, we extend the return period to 120 days, as we understand these may be purchased in advance of the new school year.
How to return items:

Please return items in their original packaging and in perfect condition (unworn and undamaged) with all labels attached.

Print and complete the returns form included in your delivery email and enclose it with the goods. Please state whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.

Refunds for online orders will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a recorded or tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are not received.

Please note that we may make deductions from your refund for loss of value, for example, if labels or packaging are missing or if items are damaged during return transit.
Exclusions:
These items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Customised goods (personalised shirts, initials, names, and numbers)
- Socks and tights once removed from their packaging
- Undergarments and mouthguards
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We take great care to ensure your order is delivered safely, on time, and complete. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide images or videos of any faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

1. For incorrect orders we will provide a free returns label.
2. If you discover your product to be faulty within the first 30 days of purchase. We will arrange for a refund or replacement and provide a free returns label.
3. If you discover a fault between 30 days and 6 months, the items will be inspected. If deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair, replace with a like-for-like product, or offer a refund.
4. In cases where a refund is issued, it will include the cost of the item and the initial postage (if no other items were ordered). Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note – we reserve the right to deduct from your refund the cost to us for collecting an item that was claimed as ‘faulty’ but discovered not to be when received by us. This may be deducted from your refund value, or if returning yourself, postage may not be refunded.
