Delivery Charges & Information

At Hawkinsport, we strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible. Costs depend on the size and value of your order.

Delivery Charges:
Orders under £10.00 → £3.00
Orders £10.00–£44.99 → £4.50
Orders £45.00–£149.99 → £5.50
Orders £150.00 and above → Free

We offer free regular deliveries to selected schools, exclusively for students.

This service is only available for students, not for customers who live locally but are not affiliated with the school.
Only school-specific garments can be delivered through this service.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 2 working days, but during busy periods, this may take longer.
Some made-to-order or customised items, such as club or school garments with embroidery or printing, may take longer to deliver. If this applies, we’ll notify you by email with an expected delivery date.
If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, we’ll contact you via email to inform you of any delays.
For orders containing items with different availability times, we’ll dispatch all items together unless you’re advised otherwise.
We do our best to keep stock levels accurate on our website, however, if an order is placed and we find the product to be unavailable, or undeliverable, you will be notified and refunded for that item.

We use Royal Mail Tracked or FedEx, depending on the package's size and value.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details.
If you provide a mobile number, the courier may send delivery updates and alternative delivery options directly.
Requests for an alternative delivery location or safe place, must be made directly to the courier.
Please note if your parcel is left at your request in a safe place or with a neighbour, you forfeit your right to claim for loss or damage with us or the courier.
Where delivery has been attempted and is unsuccessful your package may be returned to us. Should this happen, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed. Please be aware there may be a re-delivery fee of £5.00

You have 28 days from receiving a ‘ready to collect’ email to pick up your order.
After 28 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct an administrative fee from the refunded amount.
For personalised/customised or special orders, no refund will be provided. We are unable to guarantee that the order will remain available for collection.
